Nina Dimmler has long-standing experience in intellectual property law and copyright law. The focus of her work is on the development of client-specific filing strategies with regard to trademarks and designs as well as the defense and enforcement of all non-technical intellectual property rights before offices and courts. In addition, Nina Dimmler assists clients in the effective protection of trade secrets and she supports clients with regard to legal options to protect their domains. Nina Dimmler is a member of the associations GRUR, Women in IP, Ecta and she is an active member of the Copyright Committee of ECTA.
