A primary focus of his practice is on drafting patent and utility model applications and on prosecuting European, German and international patent applications and German utility model applications. A further focus is on litigation, in particular on opposition proceedings and appeal proceedings, nullity proceedings, patent infringement proceedings, as well as the preparation of patent infringement and validity opinions.
