He works in the mechanical and electrical engineering departments and represents national and international companies before the European Patent Office, the German Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Patent Court and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. Dr. Andreas Brzank has been working in intellectual property since 2006 and joined df-mp in July 2014.

Dr. Andreas Brzank has been working in intellectual property since 2006 and joined df-mp in July 2014.

He advises national and international clients in patent matters. A primary focus of his practice is on drafting patent and utility model applications and on prosecuting European, German and international patent applications and German utility model applications. A further focus is on litigation, in particular on opposition proceedings and appeal proceedings, nullity proceedings, patent infringement proceedings, as well as the preparation of patent infringement and validity opinions.
