Christoph Klöckner mainly advises research institutes and universities as well as numerous start-ups and spin-offs on industrial property rights and patenting strategies. He also represents national and international clients before the European Patent Office, the German Patent and Trademark Office, the Unified Patent Court (UPC), the Federal Patent Court and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. He has worked in intellectual property since 2010 and joined df-mp as a patent attorney in 2022.
