She is authorized to represent clients before the European Patent Office (EPO), the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO), the German Federal Patent Court (GFPC), the German Federal Supreme Court (FSC; in appeals from the GFPC) as well as the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). She has been active in intellectual property law since 2004 and joined df-mp in 2019.

Dr. Claudia Eisner's technical expertise covers inter alia the areas of pharmaceutical drugs and technology, molecular biology, biotechnology, immunology, neurosciences and medical devices. Her practice focuses on patent disputes, in particular opposition proceedings before the EPO, nullity proceedings before the GFPC, participation in patent infringement proceedings and provision of corresponding opinions. She also handles prosecution of patent applications before the EPO and GPTO as well as their coordination worlwide. Dr. Claudia Eisner has comprehensive experience in the field of employee invention remuneration.
