Julia Bittner advises national and international clients in trademark, design, domain and competition law. She has many years of extensive expertise in the litigation of trademark and competition law matters as well as in the strategic advice on trademark portfolio development. Her practice also includes licensing issues and drafting of contracts related to intellectual property rights. A particular focus of her work is the representation in domain-name matters. Julia is a member of the European Trademark Association (ECTA), the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright Law (GRUR). She is an active member of the International Trade Committee of ECTA.
