Dr. Ratzke advises national and international companies on all questions of intellectual property protection. Her technical focus is on the fields of biochemistry, in particular bioorganic synthesis and pharmaceutical chemistry. She is responsible for conducting patent application, opposition, appeal and nullity proceedings.
